Return conditions and claims

RIGHT OF RETURN OF GOODS

By virtue of the LPP, you have the right to claim within 14 days of the purchase of the goods and to receive your money back, or to exchange with another one of your choice. The goods must be returned in their original form and packaging, with the customer paying the shipping costs of returning the goods. The value of the returned goods is transferred by bank transfer to an account specified by the customer within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

RIGHT TO ADVERTISEMENT

Each retail customer is entitled to a claim in the following cases:

defects found, defects in the goods, non-compliance with the ordered goods.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by telephone +359 89 566 6651 or office@regalo.bg.

In the event of a claim, the customer may receive his money back or replace it with another product of his choice.
